Hi team, I’m Soha 🌶️
I’m a Pilates & Barre instructor, content creator and founder of The Band’os Club , a movement community built around strength, confidence, connection and kindness to your body, mind and soul.
For me, movement has always been about so much more than just workouts. It became a form of healing, self-expression and empowerment.
After leaving my first home and moving to the Netherlands , the place I now call home , there was a period in my life where I felt incredibly lonely. Building this community slowly became everything to me. What started as movement classes turned into friendships, connection, support and a space where people could simply feel good again.
That is the heart behind The Band’os Club.
I truly believe movement should come from within.
Not punishment. Not pressure.
But from a place of self-love, softness, strength and care for yourself.
Over the years, I started creating classes that blend spicy Pilates flows, barre-inspired movement, endurance and mindful strength in a way that feels both challenging and uplifting.
What started with small community classes in Maastricht slowly grew into pop-ups, collab events, wellness experiences, travel workouts and now this online platform , a space where you can take The Band’os Club everywhere and anywhere with you.
